Inclusions

The following items and services are included in the price:

• Comfortable, air-conditioned ensuite accommodation with free off-road parking and unlimited use of 12 metre solar-heated salt-water swimming pool. Venue caters for only 1 or 2 couples or 1 or 2 singles for privacy and individual attention.
   

• Health and Wellbeing - Presentations on various health topics as well as presentations and demonstrations on the art of living (raw) food preparation. Personal naturopathic consultations and energetic consultations also available.
   

• Gentle Detoxification - Fresh fruit and vegetable juices, organic, gluten free vegetarian mostly raw/living meals, circulation booster, zenoxy massager machine and Lymphaciser-rebounder. Juice fasting option available for a stronger detox effect.
   

• Pamper & Nurture - experienced therapists can offer you a choice of relaxation, remedial or lymphatic massages, salt scrubs with mud wrap, facial harmony and scalp rejuvenation session, esoteric healing - energy balancing and cranial - sacral balancing. Relaxation & Rejuvenation – Bush walks, relaxing and swimming in the solar heated salt water pool and gentle movement sessions.
   

• Energetic Living Program - Includes: The Soul Breath Meditation (a simple, profound meditation technique that once learnt need only be practiced for a few minutes a day); Depending on time and your choices for the retreat there may also be discussions on toxins, diet, lifestyle, self empowerment and self respect as well as releasing old negative patterns; energy balancing and energetic purification (cleansing the organs of energy blockages).

The venue

Hillcrest Mountain View Retreat is a small, private, beautiful and very peaceful venue in Upper Crystal Creek, just 12 minutes easy drive from the centre of Murwillumbah, 35 minutes from Gold Coast airport and 75 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

Set on 5 landscaped acres and surrounded by the rolling green hills of a 165 acre grazing farm, Hillcrest enjoys spectacular views to Mt Warning in one direction and the rainforests of Springbrook and the Cougal Mountains in the Other.

Fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort, Hillcrest guests enjoy peace, privacy, luxury double spa baths, solar heated salt-water pool & massage by appointment.
